February Patient highlights

airstrikes

These village defenders suffered head injuries from a Burma Army airstrike.

 

Landmines

This patient stepped on a Burma Army landmine. She received severe shrapnel injuries to her face and hands in addition to losing a foot.

 

Mortars

These civilians were wounded by Burma Army mortars striking their villages.

 

These are just a few of the people who the Stronghold ambulances transported in February.

This month, our crews also transported patients suffering with snake bites, kidney stones, pneumonia, motorbike accidents, and more.
